Mission Statement to Yearbooks All Over
I guess this is another way of saying what this site is really here for. Some people might not understand the concept fully, so I’ll attempt to clarify it a bit.
This site, and the corporation behind it (Austrian Alex and Reality Corp.), is all a collective journal or “diary” as some might call it about the life of Alex C. What I see in life that’s interesting, and if I have the time to write it out on my blog (or the motivation to do so, usually both simultaneously), I’ll write down. No real point in censoring the content, although it is safe to read for the most part, it just might feel like you’re reading into someone’s personal life. Well, you are, but I could care less, or else I wouldn’t have put it online, so don’t feel too bad. In essence, the purpose of this site is to entertain in a way. Weird way. If you don’t feel entertained, well…that’s ok, too. Some posts may be surprising, some may be boring, and some may make you want to go out and go back in, for whatever reason that might be.
To those who have been around the internet a little, I’ll summarize the whole paragraph above into a single phrase: This is a blog!
One more thing I wanted to mention – you may have noticed all the advertisements everywhere. Well, so did I. They just kind of popped out of nowhere all of a sudden. I apologize, but the hosting service must have found another way to fund itself. Domain names aren’t “totally” free after all, but that’s one of the only reasons I keep my site here for now. Hopefully I can transfer my domain name somewhere else and host my site at that somewhere else, but for now, try to not pay attention to the ads.
